Açıklaması şu: Web siten bir SQL yani veritabanı sunucusuna bağlanmak istiyor. Ama web sitenin içinde muhtemlen web.config dosyasının içinde bulunan SQL bilgileri hatalı. Bir SQL sunucuya bağlanmak için kullanıcı adı ve şifre gibi bilgiler gerekir.
Senin web sitenin konfig dosyasında bulunan bilgilerde hata olduğu için SQL sunucuya bağlanamıyor. Sql sunucu bağlantı bilgilerini kontrol etmelisi.
