Photoshop "Could not complete your request because..." hatası

Merhaba arkadaşlar. Günlerdir forumlarda arıyorum ancak hiçbir çözüm bulamadım. Umarım burada çözülür. Sorun şu photoshop dosyamı açmaya çalıştığımda dosya açılmıyor ve ekrana "Could not complete your request because the file is not compatible with this version of photoshop." uyarısı geliyor. Open as smart object olarak açmayı denediğimde çalışmanın küçük önizlemesi görünüyor. Yardımcı olabirseniz çok sevinirim. Şimdiden teşekkürler.

Could not complete your request because the file is not compatible with this version of photoshop için şöyle bir çözüm buldum:

  1. Photoshop içinde shift + CTRL + M tuşlarına basarak Edit in ImageReady 'i aç. Veya doğrudan ImageReady'yi çalıştır.
  2. Could not complete your request because the file is not compatible with this version of photoshop  hatası aldığın dosyayı Adobe ImageReady ile aç.
  3. Daha sonra Adobe Image Read içinde aynı boyutlarda boş bir imaj oluştur.
  4. Hata aldığın dosyadaki tüm layer'ları yeni dosyaya kopyala.
  5. shift + CTRL + M  tuşlarına basarak Photoshop a geç.

Bu şekilde bir çözüm buldum, deneyip sonucunu bildirirsin.
