Şöyle bir çözüm buldum denemekte fayda var. Excel ya da Word uygulamasını kapat. 

1. Windows ve R tuşlarına bas.
2. AÇılan çalıştır penceresine şunu kopyala yapıştır: %appdata%
3. Enter tuşuna bas.
4. Bu komut karşına C:\Users\Hakan\AppData\Roaming gibi bir pencere açacak. 
5. Bu klasörde \Microsoft\Templates klasörüne git.
6. normal.dotm dosyasını bul ve sil.
7. Şimdi belgelerini tekrar açmayı dene
