Tarayıcı Uyumluluğu (Safari ve MS Sorunu)

Yaptığım bir Web sitesinin görüntüsü Safari ve MS'de hatalı çıkıyor. Url adresi http://demo.homopsychologicus.com. Menü kısmı ve videolar çalışmıyor. Javascript konsoluna baktığımda aldığım hatalar şöyle:
