Windows 11 Discord kurulum sorunu - Installation has failed hatasının çözümü nedir?

Dün Windows 11 kurdum. Bugün Discord indirdim ve DiscordSetup.exe dosyasını çift tıkladığımda karşıma Installation has failed diye bir hata geliyor.  Hata tam olarak şöyle:
